The hotel rooms look good only on pictures. The rooms and bathrooms are very dirty especially behind the bed and shelves. We had to change our room because there was a big mouse in our room that came from the bathroom. We didn’t even use the water park because the water looks really cloudy. The only positive thing about our stay was that the food was good and the workers from restaurant nice people. If you want to come to the hotel and use the adventure part and restaurant then you can have fun but not the rooms. We got only £4 discounts because of the mouse. We was told that the pimps are broken and they come through there which is great I wish we knew that before we paid for the room.

Short stay for official visit at Hoshiarpur. Stay is good, room & toilet is average, but clean with required facilities. Food is very good, very good hospitality and staff. Lots of activities for enjoyment and water adventure with families.

It was a perfect getaway with family..waterpark and adventure park are USP of this resort .u can have a great time with family and friends..food was good..breakfast spread was delicious..do plan a weekend there with your loved ones if you stay in vicinity..

If you want to have a feel of pre 2000’s era resort, kindly visit Kang Nirvana resort, This resort located on the foothills of Shivalik hills offers you the worst experience of staying.The so called Superior Huts have a feel of some shabby hotel located in unknown town of India. The AC doest not work, the shower handle is broken, the cupboard doors are barely hanging from the hinges.We had to arrange for pedestal fan so the we could just barely spend the night. Although the resort has a waterpark , but running water was not available in rooms 24hrs. The in-house extension telephone was not operational.We had to go and call someone , every-time if we needed something. Almost all switch boards were non functional. For over 10k per night this was the worst deal. Go only if you want to punish yourself for working hard all weekdays

They do not have heaters in the room, they have ac's which can be switched to heat mode. And they are not effective at all. We were with small kids and infants and could not sleep a single night. My only advice to management is to please install some room heaters
